"Tracy was extraordinarily helpful in all facets of real estate, from picking a neighborhood, to honing down the lists of houses, to negotiating, and even beyond. She really got to know us as a couple and steered us in the right direction, while also soliciting our opinions. She showed us a bewildering array of houses, making suggestions and guiding us, but also taking our lead. Her fun-loving personality made these trips a breeze and something we even looked forward to! In negotiations, she was top-notch, helping us to land our current house. She continued (and continues) our relationship beyond even selling the house, giving us great advice on contractors and other businesses.
